Utah has lowered their prices for Concealed Firearms Permit (CFP) applications by $2.00 and the new fees are effective as of September 15th, 2016. The FBI lowered their processing fees, hence the change in Utah.
Utah Residents will now pay $37 for a CFP
Non-Residents will now pay $47 for a CFP

Also note that your Utah CFP instructor should be giving you a copy of the course curriculum at the time you finish their class.
