New ro hunting in Maryland need some advice

Hello
I am fairly new to hunting I went with my grandfather when I was younger but stopped after I moved away from Illinois I’ve been in Maryland for quite a while and wanted to get back into deer hunting. I live in Harford county I know people don’t want to give up their spot and a lot of guys hunt private land but Does anyone know any good places to start in Harford county for bow hunting whitetail ?

If you haven't done so yet, you'll need a hunter education class/certificate to get your hunting license.

You might also check the surrounding counties.

I've never hunted that area but there are public hunting opportunities nearby...

If you do any scouting while the weather is warm be sure to protect against chiggers and ticks
