"Loophole"...does the Left have any other word used more when discussing firearms other than maybe "assault"? Maybe the phrases "common sense regulations" or "for the children" but they've been discredited except by the idiot class. Anyone with any measure of critical thinking skills knows this is all BS and meaningless and pure political theater.

Agreed, but now with SCOTUS rolling over on the 2A, this letter and their motives are still relevant. If anything, I, as many have said, SCOTUS just gave the states the go ahead for even more ridiculousness.

It's not too early to begin stockpiling. MD GA will probably try this in January. Once the bill is filed, the next shortage cycle will begin. (The current one is beginning to ease a bit, it seems. Don't expect the good times to last).

Of course, everything hinges on what happens November 3rd. Best case, Trump wins and you're sitting on a decade's worth of assorted ammunition.

They didn't try it last session when it "fresh" in their minds, why would they do it this session?? Oh right, because we keep dredging this shit up and posting it instead of letting it die.

Lets see, they already cant purchase a firearm legally. So even if they bought ammo, they wouldnt be able to use it, now would they? But we all know how well that already works dont we?
