    Raymon (without the "d") plead guilty to charges from setting the CVS on fire. Best I can tell was that he plead guilty to other charges, but not arson because arson has a mandatory 5 year minimum sentence. He got 4.

    I tried to look him up in Maryland Case Search, but didn't find it. Looks like is was filed federally, but I don't know how to look for that.

    Anyway, in the Maryland Case Law Search tool, he, or someone with the same name, has maybe a dozen entries for possession, dealing, assault, and paternity. Only 25 years old. Why only 4 years for a POS?

    I can't imagine why he was out to commit arson.
