Seems like a good deal to me and is MD legal?

Thoughts on the rifle?

Depends how they define "match grade" barrel. They sell other caliber uppers that they call HBAR, so I expect not legal.

would it matter. I thought HBAR only applies to 5.56/223
We've already established that it doesnt apply to 308

Except AR-10s came before AR-15s so they aren't copy-cat weapons.

While I like the 6.5 these specs are a bit vague......I'd rather spend the money for something like a JP if I was serious about a 6.5 G rifle....
