I’m a lefty too and my P-01 is my favorite. Buy a cadet kit for twice the fun!

The shadow 2 is a fantastic pistol; especially with some Cajun seasoning. For a home defense role, I would feel more comfortable with a firing pin block and de-cocker.

Another vote for Baltimore's Best Pawn. Dan, et al are top notch!!

The lansmen at Masada Tactical would also be a good choice, and you might be able to get an awesome $7 dollar hot dog at Edmart across the street.

Lastly, perhaps post up in the 'Introductions' thread, so we can know you better

p.s. get a 1911

How is this a question? Shadow 2 OR or the P-10C/F OR.

For home defense Id want to avoid any manual safetys that might accidentally engage at the worst moment.
You've had manual safeties engage when you didn't want them to?
Not sure hope that would happen.

Thank you all for your help on this topic. I'm definitely going out of my budget but I'm going with the sp01. Just gotta take my HQL and wait until it's approved and get that beautiful gun.
