    So if someone destroyed their lawfully owned bump stock before the ban went into effect; I'm sure the ATF will be replacing those, yes? I'll be sitting in the corner holding my breath.

    Hopefully no owner lacked the brains to do that right away.......

    We think the courts will defend the 2a related things. But without some severe action by scotus, I become less hopeful.

    If the agency knew it didn’t have the authority, the court should have.

    For example, the nyc.ny vs nyc gun club, every judge from the lowly local judge through the highest levels of the ?2nd? District, said it was ok. All the various things through the 9th, with maybe 1 or 2 bright spots, that has been anti 2a.

    I damned sure hope scotus doesn’t back down in the nyc case and does some slapping.
