    That has been around since 2010, but I haven't seen them in the US.



    For cartridge revolvers, you can make your own by drilling out flash holes and using wax or hot glue bullets. Primers still have lead fumes though, so you probably shouldn't do it indoors unless at a range.

    Speer also makes plastic bullets and cases to use with primers only.
