This is Carroll county, the wild west. We can't just shoot at whomever we want to? I guess I owe the pizza delivery man an apology. In my defense, he was late.

Although scary that a gun was fired like that, at least 1) the gun was purchased legally, 2) possession taken after 7 day cooling off period, 3) no high cap magazine was inserted, 4) it could have been much worse if an M4 profile assault weapon was used, 5) it was not some insurgent using a Russian AK-47 trying to start Red Dawn, and 6) after passing all requisite background checks and training the individual was issued a CCW for the state of Maryland.

I personally will sleep well at night knowing our gun laws are working.

m4 profile assault weapon? is that part of your sarcasm? i genuinely can't tell, i'm not trying to be a jerk. surely you acknowledge "assault weapon" is the worst term to throw out there willy-nilly, since a true assault weapon per federal definition is capable of selective modes of fire?

    Um......wow....

Was anything about what I typed remotely serious in your opinion or not what you would expect to come out of the mouth of our esteemed state legislature representatives that support inane gun laws?
