Crosman premier (and esp the ones in the cardboard boxes) are very much the opposite of crap.
I guess it depends upon what you're shooting them out of. I have a Gamo Whisper a Hatsan PCP a daisy Springer various pellet pistols. I'm not sure that I've ever fired the Crosman premier but none of my guns shoot Crosman or Daisy pellets worth a crap. What I have found however is you get better accuracy with heavy pellets and despite how fast the manufacturer claims the gun is capable of firing a pellet you never want to exceed the speed of sound. It destroys accuracy.
