    HI
I was wondering if AG Frosh will do anything to punish or remove Dept AG Thiruvendran Vignarajah for missing the meeting that he was supposed to go to , but instead spent the time with the young lady reporter, plus telling about the plans of AG Frosh to help the EPA against Hogans wishes. If Hogan tells Frosh to remove or fire or at least punish Vignarajah and if Frosh refuses to do so, then under Article V of the MD Constitution that would be grounds then for Hogan to fire him. For Frosh refused to do his job or this is from the MD Constitution,"and shall be subject to removal for incompetency, willful neglect of duty or misdemeanor in office, on conviction in a Court of Law ".

To me that would be willful neglect of duty..What is your thinking? also time to call and E mail the AG office and let them know how displeased you are about it as well....

Article 5 of the MD Constitution."and shall be subject to removal for incompetency, willful neglect of duty or misdemeanor in office, on conviction in a Court of Law (amended by Chapter 99, Acts of 1956, ratified Nov. 6, 1956)." not sure who could fire him. if it is the gov or the court but he can be removed for the above reasons

Has this EVER been done in Maryland in living memory? Post-Civil War? Post-Revolution? Post-French and Indian War?

This whole thing has been very disappointing. They didn't catch Frosh doing anything, and the only caught his deputy being horny and admitting what we already knew about gun control.

There really is nothing to see here.
