I've had mine since 2001. Funny thing is I have made multi regulated purchase several time and was never asked to produce the letter, just checked the box. Was told the MSP will know.
That's normal. Just check the box on the 77r. MSP looks in their database to confirm. There is no requirement to produce your DC letter.

After years and years of procrastination I finally submitted mine today. Anyone do theirs recently? Current wait times? I just bought another gun today... Though I don't plan to buy another in the next 30 days, I may be looking to buy another or 3 in a few months.

I just did mine. Took about a month. Maybe a little more. I think it was done sooner though because when I called they were able to tell me immediately that it was approved and a letter was on the way. I still haven't received the letter. Many others have said you have to call too.
Just sent in my notarized affidavit on the 26th, today I was pleasantly surprised to have the letter in my mailbox dated from the 30th. Just over a week and a half from placing it in the mailbox to getting a letter back.
