No, they should be legal and transfer as a rifle. There is a guy at the AGC buying one this month and plans on shooting it at the AGC

That didn't seem to be packed very good. For $5K I would have at least wanted a plywood box! There wasn't even any styrofoam peanuts!

Looks like it was bolted to a small wooden pallet inside the box.

I'd be more worried about what could slam into it. Some of those warehouse workers could tear up an anvil in a sandpit
