My uncle had a Stevens 22/410 that was supposed to come to me... I loved that rifle. His daughters a$$hole husband sold it out from under me ( it was willed). To this day I am still pissed about it.

That version was an excellent rabbit gun.

BTW, for you guys who want a Drilling, they can be pretty heavy. ;)

Have my grandfathers 22/410 with the switch on side, it’s killed plenty of squirrel, rabbit and groundhog. Getting ready to gift it to my oldest brother for his grandson. Picked up a 222 over 20 a few years back from my friends gun auction. Was fired 10x got it for 400.00

I like double rifles but don't own any. Always liked the classic lines. An exposed hammer double rifle in 45-70 was and still is on my list. Along with a Sharpes 34inch rifle and a lever action in 45-70. I have a 12 gauge sxs and have been eyeing the rifle inserts.

I have a single shot H&R 20 gauge that came with a 30-30 barrel. I wonder if you can still get spare rifle barrels for those shotguns?

There was a shop in St George UT that made custom barrels for H&R and TC Contenders. I was never able to stop by while they were open but they did have a pretty good reputation.

Springfield M6. Neat gun but uncomfortable to shoot and a weird trigger. Used to be cheap but fairly expensive now. I wouldnt mind thaving the .22 hornet version.

Chiappa has made a sort of clone but the rigid foam stock is sort of freaky and pricey for what it is. That said with inserts can chamber a number of calibers in the shotgun barrel.

I remember them from my service time. They were in survival kits. I don't know who made them but as far as I can recall, they were .22/.410 and they folded in half. They had a squeeze type trigger that you squeezed with all your fingers. I only shot one for familiarization so I don't remember too much about them.
