First step would be to post as many GOOD clear photos as possible right here, including all markings (especially proof marks). Even the standarsd blurry photo from a bad angle is beter than nothing.
I don't think Belgian pinfires are worth much. She might do better swapping it for a $100 Walmart gift card at a "buy back."
