    Escaped to gunny FL.
Wife and I are looking at escaping the "fee" state of MD for VA. We are focused on King George since I will be maintaining my job at Pax.

While house hunting the other weekend, could hear someone doing some shooting (not near NVGC).

What are the rules for shooting on your own property in King George county?

Also, any Northern Virginia Gun Club members online who can PM me about membership? I am currently a member of Sanner's Lake and will keep that but would like a local place as well.

Be sure to research the different fees and taxes you will encounter in VA. I am told that people moving there are surprised by how little change there is in the amount the state gov takes from them. The big plus about moving there is that VA infringes much less on your gun rights than MD does.

That may have been me! Where in King George were you looking?
