Hey y'all, where can I find a CZ VZ50, .32 ACP Magazine? I have an excellent condition model coming from Century Arms without a magazine. These seem to be hard to find. I've looked online. Please help! Thanks in advance, Redbean

The ones with a flat steel, or steel with a finger extension like a Femaru M.37 aren't originals and are plentiful.
Triple-K is hit or miss, it might be worth getting one to test it.
Some models don't work all that great, but these look pretty solid.
Triple K doesn't make "original factory" mags so that's a mislabel.

Looks like Numrich has them too, with a proper-style baseplate (but if you look close you can see it's not quite right):

They also offer a discount for FFL-03's if you set it up.
This is probably the best price you'll find for a new mfg mag, and even better with the 10% or so discount if you qualify.

The correct, original CZ-50 mag has a plastic/resin finger extension somewhat like a PPK.
They were two different sizes depending on year.

They are not easy to find and expect to pay at least $50-75 per. If you find a better deal than that you are one lucky fella!

I spent upwards of $40 for one of those triple K mags, which only hold 7 rounds. It does work, and gives me 87.5% of a second magazine, but leaves me feeling ripped off.

Best bet is to buy another CZ50 or two. Then you'll have two factory mags.

That's how I got 6 factory CZ 82 magazines. It's the MDS way.

You're a devious hoarder Threeband... ;) No wonder Century has no magazines to ship with their pistols!... :innocent0

Looking back I remember when and why I bought my CZ50 from Century. I placed my order October 1. 2013. It was my FSA "FU-Go2Hell O'Malley" order. :D

Several folks on this forum told me Century would not ship the pistol to my door via my C&R license. Wrong! Below is a pic of what I received for $229 plus shipping...

OP, I don't mean to hi-jack your thread. Plan on paying $40 to $60+ for mags for your pistol. If you find a better deal for a mag that works with yours, go for it! They are fun pistols.

    Good luck!

    :)

Threeband, I like the way you think! And, j8064, I actually do have a CZ50 that I got from Century in the late 90's. It's locked away in the gun vault. So, I know I have a magazine with that one. I just really thought it was going to be somewhat easy to find a spare mag. I'll keep looking. That's what we do, right?

Not that I own much in terms of rare firearms, but my Cz50 is the only firearm I’ve had a hard time finding mags and then at reasonable prices. My P64 can be slightly hard to find mags, but they aren’t that expensive (relatively speaking). I picked up a spare mag off fleabay for my Cz50, but I think I paid about $48 for it at the time. A quarter the price of the gun!

Both hold 9 rounds, but don’t feed JHP if I load it to 9. I’ve had 1 failure to feed with RN loader to 9 rounds. Probably not good for the mag springs to be compressed more than the 8 rounds it’s supposed to hold, so I load them to 8. “Downside” is I’ve gotta remember to count when I load it or else I load it to 9 sometimes.

I do love my Cz50. Sweet shooting, extremely accurate when shooting carefully (little sights of course), low recoil, nice trigger.
