Here is a new build from an eplowers 80% pink blemished. I machined out the lower with my cordless dremel. The process was not too painful but i had problems with the trigger/hammer/safety selector. i had to go a little deeper at the back of the trigger pocket so the safety would fully engage. I had to take some material off the top of the back of the trigger so it would release the hammer. It was almost like the safety selector was too low but it was drilled exactly where the indent was.
when i first started trying to fix the problems i made the hammer pin hole a touch bigger on the top (bad move). Lesson learned: never modify the pin holes, always modify the internal parts as necessary.

i haven't added it all up yet but the lower was $40 plus $6 for the dremmel bit. then $460 for the upper and $70 for the LPK.
