If i order by tomorrow (thurs) morning i should get it by mon. Does anyone know if the law is you have to have it built to a stripped lower by 10/1?

Glad to see you got on here as an industry partner. Matt has worked with me ever since I discovered how fast he got our 80%s here to MD. He really does deliver the goods quick. I wish I had of found him back in June when I first ordered my 80% and was still waiting when I recieved my first one from him, that way I would be done by now instead of working my butt off every day after work to get my lowers done!

Does anyone know if the new law bans 80% lowers after Oct. 1?

Doesn't make a lot of sense to ban them as they are considered 'paperweights' & not 'firearms'. But, Merryland is nutty that way.

So I, as a private citizen & allowed by the BATF, cannot 'manufacture' a 'listed' firearm after Oct. 1 in the People's Progtard Paradise of Merryland?

To clarify.....Procuring a banned firearm after Oct 1 is illegal. Therefore manufacturing one after Oct 1 would also be illegal.
Do a search on the polymer 80 thread, in "The Depot". Lots of good stuff there.

Guys, it's not the act of making a banned firearm that's illegal. The act of possessing a banned firearm that was not legally owned prior to october 1, 2013 is illegal.

That being said, I wish I had seen this thread. I'm still waiting on mine from another vendor. Looks like I'm going to have a lot of paperweights until this law is deemed unconstitutional.

FYI the last time to get your orders in so they are shipped out today is 4:30 pm pst or 7:30 pm local time. All orders from today and Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
