    I've never done a "Secondary Sale" at Pikesville, the MSP HQ. I've gone to a barracks before, just never Pikesville. Has anyone gone there to do the paperwork and is it as easy as a Barracks? Just want to make sure before I stop by tomorrow with my buyer.

    PS. Yes, I know the rules, leave it in the car, etc. Have done this before.
