So limiting to just 10/22's out of the box (including "exclusive" models); what's you favorite model 10/22, past or present?

I like the 10/22 Sporter style stocks in general. My current pick would be model 1235 with a 20" bull barrel, Talo exclusive.

Although 10/22's have been going up in price; I am still able to find sub $200 10/22's.

Probably one of the M1 Carbine clones.

But you cannot beat a stock base model. Like fresh food ingredients, so the potential to come anything from a snack to a gourmet meal.

10/22 International with the Grey Mannlicher stock

Got it through Walmart when Ruger would do special runs for them

Im still looking for one of those. One of the guns I missed in the 90s. Got the standard version but not the Walmart classic Mannlicher. Its amazing how collectible they have become.

I have only one, and it's a 10/22 International with the Walnut Mannlicher stock. I I really like a Mannlicher stocked rifle,

A Stock 10/22? When I buy one it hardly gets out of the box before I start modifying it. Probably why 2 out of 3 start from a bare receiver and not a complete gun, I don't want to have all the stock parts to sell off.

    What Jimbob said .

When I saw one in the flesh at Wal-Mart , I wanted one , but couldn't quite swing it at the time .

model 31120 custom shop competition!! probably the nicest 10/22 I have. I also have a close 2nd 1, I cant seem to find the model number at the moment. it came with the Hogue over mold rubber stock, and a unique hammer forged barrel that has a external twist. both are my favorites!

    This one is a 10/22 with a lever action. Fun and accurate! Technically it's not a 10/22 though, it's a 96/22. Take 10/22 mags.

Funny story I was a young buck back then (mid 90s). Walked into Walmart they had one, but "someone had already bought it" I was to young to challenge why it was still on the rack. Ended up with the regular stock in the same awesome and green.

Ruger has produced dozens of guns close but nothing exact (green laminate, grey trigger guard). Funny how those things stick with you.
