Are you filing with the class action group or direct with EOTech?
I did mine direct with them during the winter. A buddy tried two months ago and could not, he had to file via class action.

I returned mine over a year ago, maybe longer. Regret it to this day. And these class action suits SUCK. Atty typically walks with 60% of the settlement. Just drives prices up.
