As a drone enthusiast, anything that reduces the geese population has my full approval.
Nearby pond down the street from me used to be chock full of geese 3-4 years ago... Then started noticing foxes nearby... A lot less geese now, and they don't congregate in packs 30 deep anymore.
If only something would eat the deer... Not much chance for any kind of hunting in my part of Baltimore County, and they know it!

My community has a pond and therefore a healthy resident goose population. We also have a healthy fox population, both red and grey. But I'm not sure how often a fox will take on an adult goose. Had two geese standing in my neighbor's yard and a fox came cruising through.
Got to within about 6' of the geese and they still hadn't acted like he even existed. He took another step towards them, and they both started walking towards the fox. Fox got smart and headed off back into the woods where he could find a squirrel. Geese are bad m&*&$erF&%kers.
Do know they help keep the goose population down by getting the young ones, along with the big bass in the pond.
Here's a little one I caught on my camera behind my house.
