My new vintage old school precision rifle, Pre 64 Model 70, new Sendero profile Shilen barrel in 220 Swift, stock refinished, pillar and glass bedded, trigger worked, all metal Ceracoated, will consistently shoot under 1/2" at 100 yards.
Personally, I would have put the bases on so that the scope would have been farther forward, since there is nothing that will cause a flinch like getting an eye full of scope during recoil.:innocent0
Love the look of the rifle though! The finish of the metal and the stock are excellent! The pre-'64 is one of my all time favorites. I used to have quite a collection.

    Thanks

THAT is one amazing rifle. Someday I'll have a boomstick like that in my collection. Everything from the glass to the bipod are exactly how I would spec it.

Thanks it’s def a very fine piece of precision on all levels.

At the time that’s all the NF Optic I could afford, but if I did this build today I go bigger and in their high end series but it’s all good I don’t regret this optic one bit

Anyone running a Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27X56? I'd like to get some feedback for my Tikka T3X Tac A1 in 6.5CM.

I have one on order but not on my rifle yet.

I've looked through one and shot a few rounds through one. They are very nice.

Are the glass and features worth the extra money over a PST 6-24? Or even a Primary Arms Platinum 6-30? $2500 is a lot for a scope.

From a clarity perspective alone, yes! VERY CLEAR, whole different level than my 6-24 PST. The reticle is worth it as well.

I've been behind a Razor gen2 also but can't say much as it was raining. On a clear day you could probably see the rings of Saturn with it.

    7mm RM

Rebarrelled a 264 win mag to 7mm rem mag. Trued the action, installed a little bastard brake, bartlein 26" barrel, grayboe renegade stock, ptg bottom metal, seekins base and rings, Nikon F1000 scope. Excited to get this one going.

Over on Snipers Hide, people were selling Schmidt and Benders to put a Razor HD Gen II on their rifle.

    That is pretty high praise.
