Lies! I Love my Adcor... it shoots and shoots and shoots, just like my DI it just shoots and shoots and shoots. Never a jam, double feed or FTF, in either I just spend more time cleaning my DI....

You probably spend more time scrubbing your balls than your feet. Just because it feels like the right thing to do doesn't mean it's necessary.

The venerable HK416 has lots of problems running suppressed. They are overgassed to begin with. When you add a suppressor there is a big problem with them cracking bolts.

Thanks, I’ll suffer with the reliability of my DI guns.

Like I said...you're still wet behind the ears. The case has been decided.

    You're the exception here.

Your inchoate understanding of the purpose of this thread is your hamartia and highlights your lack of appreciation for ingenuity and engineering. I probably should have titled this thread "Name one thing a piston gun can do that a DI cant". To stave off hurt feelings and butitis, please take one of these, look at your AR15 porn and then have fun.

What's simpler and more reliable? More parts or less parts?

Less parts is simpler and the rule of thumb is more reliable. But.. introduce foreign substances / particles into any environment and then all bets are off.

Well the HK 416 is mil spec, if mil spec means used by the military somewhere.

Good point... Is mil-spec actually better? Many guns have been designed, both Piston and DI, that exceed mil-spec :) I have also seen an $600 PSA outperform a $1500 gem...

No. The 416’s have a lot of problems.

People have tried your arguments and have failed repeatedly.

It's admirable and pathetic at the same time.
