    Sorry, didn't take the time to search but what hoops would I have to jump through to sell a Mini-14 in MD or out of state?

    I'm thinking about trading it in on an AR just to avoid the (imagined?) hassle.

    As long as not configured with folding stock, just another rifle for sale in MD. One with folding stock is a banned type.

    Can sell any model in state except the one with the folding stock as a face to face sale IIRC.

    Any model out of state requires transfer through FFL.

    Actually, folding stock .223 version is banned.

    One of the few that caliber is listed.

    Other general guidance may apply however

    4) If this is a semi-automatic centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine, does it have any two of the following: a folding stock; a grenade launcher or flare launcher; or a flash suppressor; If so, then it is banned and may not be purchased, sold, or transferred.
