Just wanted to say hi and see if there are any women on here from the Easternshore who enjoy shooting. I am new to the forum. Look forward to hearing from other women shooters. My husband and I go when we can but don't get a chance to very often, I enjoy doing it and stilll have a lot to learn.

I'm so new to this forum and really just starting to learn about guns.I live in Millersville and have no idea if I'll ever become anything more than a target shooter. I have some issues that would surely keep me from being able to walk in marshy areas. However, once I get up and running, I'd be happy to do some target practice with you. I get my first handgun this week.

I'm a newbie to forums and guns. I'm around the Kent Island area. I have been looking for a women's club or something to join but haven't had any luck finding one nearby.

Well, it's not on the Eastern Shore, but just across the Bay Bridge is Anne Arundel Fish and Game (on St. Margarets Rd, near the Red, Hot and Blue). We're a private shooting club with quite a few very active women shooters involved in all the disciplines, from trap (shotgun), to IDPA (pistol), to Cowboy Action, and rimfire. Check out the website if you'd like more information:

If you have any specific questions, feel free to send me a PM.

    newbie here in harford county.
i've shot many guns, many times.
just purchased my first handgun this past weekend.
glock 23, can't wait to go pick it up!

very busy but i would love to get involved in competitive shooting, if anyone knows of any clubs or how i could get my foot in the door, that'd be great!

women only or co-ed competitions, either are fine.
