Had my interview today and wanted to provide an update on what the investigator told me regarding g&s for cleared individuals. Secret clearance is a no go, at least initially. I guess one would have to take it before the HPRB. OPM breach is irrelevant. They view it as identity theft, not a threat to your safety. One has to have TS/SCI and have regular/daily access, verified by their supervisor and their security officer. Hope this helps.
