    We just dump or push about 12-15 tons of soil into a pile and build a butt in front of it around my way. Usually at the end of a tractor road with some woods behind it. Some are even shooting in old chicken houses which is nice when its cold out but hard to do with irons because of lighting. You can stay dry though and build a nice bench out of the weather.

    My late Uncle had one in his basement in Frederick City. He shot from one corner to the far opposite corner. He had a hinged section of the center wall that lifted out of the way.
    He only shot 22s in his basement though. :innocent0
