Also for the record its total feel good BS and I hate hat these poor citizens in D.C. can't see this. We can arrest as many people as we want the USAO wont prosecute them and ROUTINELY drop the charges down from Robbery Force and Violence to Simple (misd) Assault and Theft 2. They often get less probation then if they are barred from a store and go inside the store again.
This entire situation is a JOKE and sadly people read Bowsers buzz words like "Criminals" "Prosecute" "Task Force" and "intervention" and think ohhhhh look they are really doing something. For any Metro Transit guys on this board your Detective does a great job and has ALWAYS had a great flow of information to ANYONE who wanted the info.......this is nothing new.
New planning????? The only thing the residents should plan on is more crime and "reclassification" of crimes!!!!
