Geez. I have a step-brother working EMS in DC. I just asked him if he applied for his permit yet.

I saw the quickest 1 second blurb on the news 2 or 3 days ago some 1% protestor ate his own bullet at the capital steps. Is that technically a crime? Kinda weird they said it at the end but spent a whole segment on the guy flying the Gyro.

I've taken my fiancé on a few ride a longs when I was in patrol. One night, at the end of shift, we get a call of a 23 yr old naked girl, high on dipper.

23 yr old naked girl you say?

Every male member of my shift showed up. :lol2:

She was standing on top of her car butter ball naked, beating her hood in with a PVC pipe. She got put in cuffs without a fight but as her naked body was being escorted to the car Marissa said "happy holidays lady" (it was near thanksgiving). She stopped, looked Marissa dead in her eyes and said, "Merry Christmas, happy new year, M-L-K you Fing Gremlin" then proceeded to kick and scream her way to UMC for "the dose"

    She loves that story.
    The dripper = pcp?

I was mad at first but Art is my hero for stopping me from having a 3 way with a certain butterball. It was totally saggy

DC has the highest number of cops per capita for their residents...with all the federal agencies they all have their own PD. The US Mint has their own police. The USSC has their own PD the list goes on. they are still not any safer than Texas

I heard on a local tv station this past week that there are 62 separate law enforcement agencies in DC. The newsperson was talking about the gyrocopter incident and why it wasn't detected or shot down enroute to the Mall. Oh, the taxpayer money that's wasted downtown!!! Real wonder there aren't more friendly fire incidents when these agencies scramble.

DC is safe because we are afraid to travel there; have been to the monuments once in over 38 years.

Is that an embalmed cigarette than? I only inferred because I've heard of a cigarette dripped in the fluid

Think so, unless 'dipper' also refers to a cigarette or joint dipped in embalming fluid.

It's been years since I was around that crowd, so who knows what anything really is these days.

Watch Drugs Inc. DC on the Nat Geo channel and you'll learn everything you want to know about PCP in DC. It's pretty enlightening.

Too many people I considered friends got into that phase and never grew out of it.

I'd rather not learn anymore about it, to be honest.
