Early Savage .380 M1907

I picked this one up yesterday I'll have to say I'm extremely happy with this one. This would be either a late 1913 or early 1914 this was in the first large batch of 4K 380s produced. I've got a letter coming on this one from Savage which will clarify the date.

I'm working with someone now who has some single and double digit model 1907's in .32 from the year 1908. I understand they're in very good condition so I'm waiting to get some pictures and I'll probably be purchasing one of those.
I have a 1909 so an early 1908 would be nice. My goal is to add a 45 trial pistol early next year, we'll see how that works out.

The birth certificate shows .380 caliber born May 29th 1913 .
