    any idea how to get this free
    I used snap ring pliers and already broke 3 sets of the ring ends
    tried light heat from a lighter and soaked in pb blaster
    wont budge

    any ideas ?

    I see it now, you need to make a spanner wrench. Try to find a piece of flat bar long enough to get some torque, grind out the center to make two pins, heat it up red hot and quench it dirty motor oil and then try to unscrew the bushing. If you cant make something long for leverage, find something narrow and turn with an adjustable wrench with the grip frame clamped between padded vice jaws.
