I wanna go fast
Don't trust anyone under 30.
I should take offense to that....

Probably bought with must-buy-something-grant money. So they bought that thing.
I have been there with the PP wearing a WWNC shirt. In your face? Yes. Belligerent and threatening? No.
Yes, calling legislators at home in the middle of the night, stalking their families etc. will backfire and is naive thinking.
I agree...
We need the diplomats,
We need the lawyers,
We need the sign wavers,
We need the letter writers,
We need the interview personalities,
We need the folks who can contribute money,
We need the pot bangers,
and we may in the end need folks willing to go to war.
Each of us serves the cause of liberty in our own way, according to our own values, and in conjunction with our own abilities. It bothers me a lot when we as a community get bogged down in the "you aren't doing it the "right" way arguments". There is no single tool in the tool box that will get us where we need to be. It takes the full range of activities, options, and patriots; each doing what they can.

Just seeing reports the omni has posted no gun signs.
Virginia has a curtilage law, the hotel is where you are living at that moment and as such is an extension of your home.
Eh, not the best advice. I brought someone to Annapolis Wednesday who is under 20. And he's on our side. It will likely be pretty obvious who is on what side. That side can't help but get triggered by the mere presence of those who think differently.
Fine but Virginia has curtilage laws. Your hotel is an extension of your home.
There were no "no guns allowed" signs when I contracted my stay at the Omni.
I'm concerned about the parking. Sounds like many (most?) of the downtown garages are closing. I'm going to call the Omni shortly and verify that parking will be available Sunday night. I'll report back in this thread.
ETA: They said their garage was open and parking would be available.
Three Georgia men were arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and participating in a criminal street gang as part of the hate group, The Base, according to the Floyd County Police Department.
The three Georgia men, identified as Luke Austin Lane of Floyd County, Michael Helterbrand of Dalton and Jacob Kaderli of Dacula, were planning to “overthrow the government and murder a Bartow County couple,” Floyd County police said in a statement.
I'd like to see your azz protest in front of THIS, tough guy (showed up with the VSP in Richmond today):
You better believe the MSP could lay their hands on one or more in an afternoon.
Overthrow the government? Seriously? You're gonna need five, maybe six to make that happen. Three ain't gonna cut it.

Excellent. I was concerned because they don't have their own parking, as I recall.
Apparently the manager there has been a real dick to people whom he associates as being with us, and said he doesn't want us there.
I can guarantee to part of the online effort to share my bedbug experience.
I hope I'm truly wrong but I suspect there will be Ringers in the crowd so to speak. People dressed as 2nd Amendment supporters but actually people planted in the crowd by either the government or anti-gun groups that will instigate trouble. If that occurs I would recommend quickly subduing the individual and calling for law enforcement. I would also recommend attempting to identify the person with his or hers government-issued ID in hopes that you might match them up with their social media profile. This could potentially show that the instigators came from the gun grabbing crew not 2nd Amendment supporters. If violence does occur you know that Northam and the left will point to what happens and blame Second Amendment supporters. Your only defense is to prove them wrong

Can I get an Amen?!
I wear many of the hats listed above. My other choice is to do nothing, and I've never been good at that.
