Not quite. AGC bans targets featuring real people not anything human shaped like this joker in PA is trying to do. I often use USPSA or IDPA targets there.

Even if the law is passed, the way it's worded - "human"-shaped targets - leaves open a HUGE loophole, because we could simply substitute targets depicting politicians.

Last time this PC crap happened gave birth to the zombie targets. Back during the Clinton era, I think.

I never said that it mattered. It was a question. I just know that many departments qualify on man shaped targets.
