    Yeah, I think we are just going to have to wait until the market picks up some in the spring/summer. I'll get through tax season, let me wife keep checking things out online, and then we can start looking in late April or early May again.

    Between looking for a house, all this talk about gun control, and tax season, i might end up giving myself a heart attack.
