I visited Tyler Firearms in Halethorpe, MD for the first time last week, as I was in the area. I hadn't intended on purchasing anything, just wanted to stop in and see the shop. I gotta tell you, the customer service in that place was top notch. Both employees were friendly and engaging. It was like I was a long time customer, and their interaction with other customers was consistently pleasant. I ended up ordering a Savage 220 I'd been considering for a while. Their price was just too good to pass up. Good service, knowledge, and prices. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks for an enjoyable customer experience.
