    Miserable in MD
So today I took my 10yr old daughter and my puppy Cane Corso (125lbs) for a walk in Gambrill State Park. I remembered that Black Bears are common in the area, so since I had my daughter I took my Daniel Winkler S.A.R knife (I keep it in my truck console) and hung it around my neck with paracord. It was in it's sheath and hanging near the middle of my chest. The blade is maybe 5 inches at most.

Along the paths, some people looked funny at me and it seemed it was the knife. Maybe it was the dog that scared them. I don't know.

So, the Becker BK9 strapped to the outside of the backpack is ok, but inside is a concealed weapon?
