    I attempted the ppk replacement method as recommended on the p64resource site but it doesn't seem to fit. Any advice. It fits in the hole but it seems too long.

    Can you just file it down? I found a pic from p64resource where a guy modified his to make the safety easier to operate. Looks like people have trouble with that step during reassembly even with original parts.... It's been forever since I did mine so I don't remember.
