So I have a finished basement, it's been finished for 5 years now. The basement was finished unpermitted, and now that we are heading to sale, our realtor is requesting that we get the basement permitted. I already have the building permit, and my "progress" inspection is set up for Friday, same with plumbing, had a plumber take care of pulling the permit and setting up the inspection...now I need the same for electric. If anyone is or knows anyone that can help me out, for a decent price...or heck, could just point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. It's kind of a short turnaround as we're trying to list by the first week of May.
