    My Daughter's friend has an old double barrel, exposed hammer Remington 10 Ga shotgun. No model # and his stock is broke in half.
    Does anyone know someone locally that could make him a stock? Or any ideas on repairing the old stock properly?

    I am willing to take a look at it but I am some distance from Harford County. I own a cabinet shop in Severn and have made and repaired several stocks over the years. If you come down this way or any where near Carroll County, maybe we can meet up.

    Can you post a pic? More often than not it can be fixed. Having a replacement made would likely cost 2-3 times what the gun is worth.

    Likewise as madmantrapper, I would be willing to look at it too, but the distance thing is a non-starter.
