Will be shocked if one leftist says anything about aggressive prosecution and sentencing of violent criminals and better treatment processes for mental illness. It's going to be about criminalizing the law-abiding.

I like how they always take time to point out that not all mentally ill are violent. Very, very small number. But yet, all assault rifles are evil... despite a very, very small number of them being used by an even smaller group of said mentally ill individuals.

Al Franken's voice makes me want to hit mute. He sounds like a bullfrog. Lets go Senator Grassely he makes sense.

cruz " agreed that straw purchases may be an area of bipartisan agreement" and then noted that the US government was the largest offender in this area.

Grassley - made the DOJ attorney Heaphy repeat their position of supporting an assault weapons ban

Anyone notice that this US Attorney from Virginia won't answer if the bill or any aspect of it is constitutional? When asked, he said that they will work together to make sure that "whatever is passed is constitutional."

Also keeps talking about heller allowing for restrictions. lol. No lawyer or AG worth his salt will stick his neck out for this. Hell, even Gansler leaned on a staffer.

    Lindsey Graham destroying this Attorney.

Asked him if it's possible that a person defending their home might need more than 10 rounds. Won't answer the question.

they cannot comprehend or acknowledge the truth

Feinstein "...ban high capacity ammunition clips" 20 years of trying to ban something and she still does not know what she wants to ban, nor does any person working for her.

Expert witness for the anti's called Sandy Hook-Shady Hook. Simple error for me, but not for an Harvard trained lawyer and Harvard Law Professor.

His testimony should be applied to Fast and Furious
