I just installed a front single loop (P/N GGG-1434) on my Mossberg 590 Shockwave. This is exactly what I needed. I have never liked the way Mossberg has a sling swivel stud on the magazine cap. It's fine on models that have a longer barrel than magazine tube. On the Shockwave, the magazine cap stud is positioned in a way that would allow the sling loop to flip up in front of the business end of the barrel. The GG&G loop is in the perfect spot and it is just the right size. The pictures do not do it justice. I purchased the single loop version because I was afraid that the two loop version (P/N GGG-1432) would be way too large. After installing mine, I have no doubt that if you wanted the two loop version, it would not get in the way of anything. I am super happy. Fantastic product guys! Nice, what sling did you use? Is it shorter than normal?

picked mine up today. too busy have not even unboxed it yet. time will tell I guess if it's a keeper or just a passing novelty. I do have some changes in mind for it this winter. I do like the concept tho, enuf that I took a chance on one.

The gen III Blackhawk Knoxx recoil reducing breachers grip is long enough to maintain the same OAL without changing any designations. Note that a pistol stabilizing brace can be added :)

Well I got my shockwave to the range last night and got to run a couple rounds thru it. regular low brass 7 1/2, as I have not found the mini shells anywhere yet.

I would be a liar if I said I wasn't a little apprehensive about the recoil... in the end my concerns were 100% unfounded... this thing shoots fine, recoil is totally manageable... I think it's a keeper.

bad news is I could not hit one clay bird with it, but I had fun trying...lol

Did paperwork on one of these at Duffys today as a truck gun.

If you are referring to "leave it in the trunk/truck" I too initially thought when I bought spur of the moment as a birthday present to self.
However this is a 77R purchase so it is treated like a handgun, and I thought twice about leaving it in the car...I would consult a lawyer before driving around with in the trunk unless you have a CCW in MD.
