    East of the Mississippi West of the Atlantic..
    A friend of mine has a Howa 1500 .243 with a burr about 8 inches above the breech. It's on a land. His smith says it's not repairable. It's ripping copper from the bullet as it passes and having a negative affect on the accuracy..anyone here have any experience with anything like this and have it repaired?
