I know. I know ... Its tantamount to blasphemy and all, but I do like my old Winchester 94, .30-.30. The problem is a few years ago I scratched my shooting eye on a branch and since then I get a little blurry out around 100 yards on iron sights.

Any suggestions on reliable rails for the Win 94? I don't mind going to a gunsmith and having minor mods done.

Here is where I got the rail I installed on my Rossi 92. The 94 is the same. They both use the existing dovetail and the bolt pin access plug to secure the mount. My 92 is a 44 Mag 16 inch barrel and I hunt pigs with it. I use either a LER 2x7 scope or a Bushnell TRS 25 Red Dot. The rail loosened up one time cause I didn't use locktite on the bolts. Other than that, it is well made and worth the money and you don't need a gunsmith. :D
