Just walked by the place this morning. There are signs that make it look open. I've never seen anybody going in or out, though.

They stuck the HVAC guy for 34G's? Ouch.....
The owner is my friend. I think all in all he got stiffed for like 200k. He put a rooftop unit on and everything. I think the mall is at the top of the pecking order as far as getting reimbursed, then the contractors get the crumbs of what's left.
