Well it IS National Ammo Day! 
Whether you go to the show or not, be sure to pick up some ammo somewhere!
Norton and I spent some money at The Armory in Annapolis. Picked up some .308 and Norton picked up a nifty little paddle holster.
SOME ammo is cheaper at Walmart; usually it's hard to find a better deal 0n 9mm.
Dick's has Remington .380 and 38spl on sale for $7.98 per 50. That's a pretty fair deal, and I think I'll snag a few boxes of .380 before the sale is over.
I thought about going to the show, but I couldn't really buy anything because
A: I've bought three guns in the last month
B: I JUST barely made the 30 days between the 2 handgun purchases
C: I ain't broke yet, but I'm sure enough bending
D SWMBO would KILL me if I bought anything substantial.

I had considered that.
Then reality set in.
These purchases are an anomaly for me. It took me three years to collect 9 guns (5 of which were unregulated long guns) 3 in a month is unheard of, and will probably NEVER happen again.
This 30 day cycle keeps me from being broke, homeless and divorced.
But you have a good point - maybe I'll do it just so I don't ever have to pass up that "once in a lifetime" deal that's sure to happen 2 days after picking up a $99 22lr revolver or something......
