Mine recently took 21 days. Looking at the thread on this, it’s about 19-21 days this year. You have to wait till you have a HQL number to complete the purchase unless you’re exempt. As the 77R requires you to put in your HQL number. HQL is pointless as you get a background check every 77R anyway.
