You asked for it. So here goes.
I thought it would be fun to post any and all Curio and Relic Bubba rifles here.
As we all know, some surplus firearms are total POS and are worth less than what you actually paid for them and they will never be anything other than a toss around beaters.
Many of us built Bubba's from just barreled actions and not complete rifles.
So don't be ascairt. Let's see those cobbled together Frankenrifles.
And remember, if God didn't want us to build Bubba guns, he wouldn't have given us JB-Weld and Camo in a can.
Turkish Model 38.
8mm Mauser. 18-1/2 inch barrel. 39 inch OAL
Homemade muzzle brake. Slip fitted on to the barrel and secured with JB-Weld of course.
Rustoleum rattle camo.

I sure hope you don't drop that rifle in the woods, you may not be able to find it again!! LOL I dropped a pair of camo mini binoculars groundhog hunting one time. Sure took me a long time to find them, but I did.

"Japanese Type 97 sniper rifle" and an "Honest USGI bring back trophy"
Or....a horrendous Bubba basement hack job on a beater Type 38.
This one ended up selling for $2,020
That is truly tragic.
It must have been the string wrapped around the scope.
I think is also has some sand from the beach at IWO embedded in the JB Weld holding the scope on.

The jb weld in place of a screw is an authentic battlefield technique only used by authentic Japanese army men.
I'm just going to leave this one here without comment....
This is not mine......saw it on Facebook and had to share it with the group.
That would be a 2.5" Smoke Discharger for Armoured Vehicle. I have held one made from a converted Ross rifle, but it sold for 10K. I should have made one before the 2013 safe act.
I can get it bead blasted or put in an acid bath to remove the nickle finish. Either way, it's not going to be cheap. However, once it is reblued I will regain more than I will invest in saving it.
