Mods, would it be possible to "sticky" this until it re-opens, to maximize awareness?

Hap Baker Firearms Facility will be closed through March 26, 2017 for maintenance and repairs.

Recreation and Parks anticipates reopening the range on March 31, 2017 once all repairs have been completed.

Bump....

For anyone thinking about heading out to Hap Baker this lovely morning.... pistol range is closed. Whole range will be shut down from 3/6, and reopening on 3/23.

Rifle range will be open thru Sunday, not pistols though.

I wonder why they are closing? I know it's for maintenance, but they haven't been open for that long, have they?

It would be suh-weet if maintenance and repairs included an upgrade to the access road.

I went today. From what I could see they have done quite a few repairs. They have redone all of the burms behind the target posts, repainted/rebuilt the barrel boxes on the rifle range and added a few support structures along the range. The pistol range had the entire sand pit/burm redone. They looked like they were still doing some more painting and other things. Im sure there was a few other things that I didnt notice or am forgetting at this time. Oh and it looks like they got some new brooms and staple guns.
